Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. Your items must be returned within those 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. We are also not responsible for the return of your items.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached. (No perfume scent, no makeup stains, etc.) It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then you will receive a store credit of the amount that was purchased within a certain amount of days.
Preorders
We do not offer returns or exchanges on preorders. All items of preorder will be paid for prior to the item being ordered
RESTOCKING FEE
There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to all items returned
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged, also if you need to exchange for a different size. If you need an exchange, send us an email at shopraegannicholes@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be notified.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will give a store credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
